The total "Word Map" thus far, documenting major Toronto neighborhoods. Built with the help of Wordle (sizing) and arranged by me, this map shows a breakdown of what every block in a neighborhood says and means - not through visuals, but through words. A new way to read the urban landscape.
The map itself spans from Queen St/Roncesvalles (Parkdale) to Queen St/Spadina, and up into Kensington Market. The next expansion plans to go east into Leslieville and Riverdale.
Currently, the Kensington Market print is sold at Kid Icarus and Function 13, both located in Kensington Market.
